Dave Moffett Camp Director, GV Boys Varsity Head Coach

Coach Moffett has been the Boys Varsity coach at Great Valley for 27 seasons and directing Patriot Pride Soccer Camp for 256 years.  He has guided the team to a record of 313-178-39 in that time.  His team has reached the district playoffs in 22 of 27 seasons including guiding the team to a  District 1 Final and State Final in 2014, Ches-Mont Leauge championship, District 1 Championship and state semi-final berth in 2013 and  league championship, district championship and state final berth for GV in 2005.  Prior to coaching at GV, Coach Moffett with the Girls Varsity coach at Bishop Shanahan High School for 5 seasons compiling a record of 75-23-6 and guiding the team to a league championship in 1995. Coach Moffett is a math teacher at Great Valley High School.

Bern McCauley Assistant Camp Director, GV Boys Varsity Assistant Coach

Coach McCauley is now the Varsity Assistant Coach. Prior that he was the JV coach and the 9th grade prior to that.  Coach McCauley brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiam to the camp. Coach McCauley is a social studies teacher at Great Valley High School and directs the Quiz Bowl Team.

Derek Brogan Assistant Camp Director, GV Boys JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach

Coach Brogan is now the JV coach and Varsity Assistant. Prior to this position he was the 8th Grade Boys’ coach for the last 5 years.  Prior to that he was the GV Girls’ Varsity head coach for 8 years. Coach Brogan adds his depth of experience and passion to coaching staff. Coach Brogan is science teacher at Great Valley Middle School.
